Tour description
A wonderful Super jeep tour for travellers with a sense of adventure, which takes us to Solheimajokull glacier for an exciting glacier hike. On our journey we travel through some of the most scenic parts of Iceland, so bring your camera along!
On Solheimajokull glacier, you will be accompanied by an expert glacier guide, and provided with all the glacier hiking safety equipment, such as crampons and ice axes. The blue ice formations of the glacier and the ever-changing icescapes and landforms of this frozen giant are truly fascinating.
The tour also includes a visit the beautiful Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where the brave can walk behind the cascade, and the majestic Skogafoss waterfall. Skogafoss waterfall is 92 m high and carries the water from Eyjafjallajokull and Myrdalsjokull glaciers.
We then visit the dramatic black sand beaches where the vast vistas of the Atlantic Ocean merge with the views of glacial flood plains. On the black sands, we drive the Super Jeeps to the extreme and have some serious Super Jeep action!
Depending on the season and weather there is a chance you might see either the Midnight Sun or the Northern Lights.
